Challenge Details

To help everyone gear up for the summer together, our April Challenge is a Spring into Fitness Challenge.
You can do it before/after class or when you're home!
Easily track your progress in Triib for each component. Also, post to Instagram to get more people involved to help keep you motivated. #powdermillcrossfit #springintofitness

ANYONE is welcome, not just Members for this FREE Challenge. Challenge your family, friends, anyone - they can use the website to sign up and track their activity as well!

There are 5 movements to accumulate reps during the month of April. All those that complete all the reps will receive a Powdermill CrossFit Mask.

Movements - all must be completed within the month, class work does NOT count.
100 Burpees
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
400 Lunges
500 Sit Ups
6000 M Run/Row/Walk/Bike

Completion Based Goals

100 Burpees

What's a challenge without Burpees!!
Within the Month, complete 100 Burpees.
You can do them all at once time or break them up!
Just 3 Burpees per Day would get you there!

* Remember - those done DURING CLASS do not count ;)

200 Push Ups

Work the Arms too!!
Just 7 push ups a day gets you there! Or 50 a week.
A little now, builds strength for later!

300 Squats

Can you get in 10 in daily? Or maybe 100 in a day?
Squats are easy to get in - even while on a conference call maybe even? Or while you're waiting for that egg to cook? You could get 10 -20 in!

400 Lunges

What are squats without Lunges?? Well, they're good exercise, but we are Springing into Fitness - so let's get some more legs in!

400 in 40 days gets you the point!

6000 M Distance

6000 M Run/Row/Walk/Bike
Anyway you do it, any how you do it - count those meters!!

That's just 3.75 Miles in 1 month - the weather is changing, use this as a reason to get out there! Or, pick a rower after a workout and get some in.
1000 M Row takes less than 5 minutes.... you've got that available to sneak in just a bit more!
