ANYONE is welcome, not just Members for this FREE Challenge. Challenge your family, friends, anyone - they can use the website to sign up and track their activity as well!
There are 5 movements to accumulate reps during the month of April. All those that complete all the reps will receive a Powdermill CrossFit Mask.
Movements - all must be completed within the month, class work does NOT count.
100 Burpees
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
400 Lunges
500 Sit Ups
6000 M Run/Row/Walk/Bike
