A number of members have asked for a Nutrition Challenge. This month we'll introduce and use the Flexible Dieting Methodology which is based on tracking Macros.
We are going to offer the same challenge but at 2 different levels.

Most Shared Recipes | 1 point for each recipe shared up to 10 |
Perfect Tracking (Bonus Points Awarded at end of Month) | Track Macros 30 Days in the month, you'll receive 10 Bonus Points. Track Macros 23 days = 8 points Track Macros 19 Days = 6 points Track Macros 14 Day = 4 points |
