Spring into Nutrition with Flexible Dieting

Challenge Details

A number of members have asked for a Nutrition Challenge. This month we'll introduce and use the Flexible Dieting Methodology which is based on tracking Macros.

We are going to offer the same challenge but at 2 different levels.

  1. Lite Version (Pun Intended): For those that want to learn about Flexible Dieting and have some guidance on Nutrition but don't want to have regular live check ins. There is no fee for this option.
  2. Coach/Partner Version: For those that want the extra guidance and accountability of regular check ins with a Coach or Teammate. Check Ins would include Status Pics, Weekly Activity/Meal Reviews, Discussions on Options and Fixes for issues identified. Once we know who is interested in this level of coaching we will talk with those folks and decide whether it will be with a Coach or Partner. Due to the time and commitment of others involved in this level of guidance, there will be a fee. We'll decide that with you as we review. If it is partner based, you'll pay your partner. they will pay you. If it is coach-based, you'll pay the coach. The fee will not be more than $100 for the month.

  • By Sunday April 4th all members will receive a video with instructions on how to calculate and track macros. Weekly in classes we'll take a few minutes to provide updates/tips/tricks. We'll also hold a few Zoom meetings this month for Q/A.
  • Download MyFitnessPal onto your phone.
  • Watch this Video for some info on how to Track Macros in MFP and also check out this article for instructions on how to update MFP for Macro Tracking
When: Month of April. You can go back 2 weeks to enter food and points! But we suggest youdo this daily - it's too easy to forget and tracking daily helps you identify what works and what does not.
