Let's  start with a straight forward EAT - SLEEP - HYDRATE - WORKOUT Challenge but add the bonus help of a partner.
The January 2023 Ignite Your Nutrition Challenge has a simple goal to increase awareness and consistency on 4 fronts within our Powdermill CrossFit Community.

The purpose of the challenge is to gain aware ness that simple changes to your daily nutrition, fitness and recover regime can make measurable improvements in your wellness & fitness markets. The online standings will provide up-to-date information on how you are doing during the challenge and help keep you accountable!
